Cancellation Policy Effective October 1, 2021
I respectfully ask that you cancel at least 6 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Please understand that when you forget or cancel without giving enough notice I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time.
Late cancels ( within 6 hours of your appointment slot) will be charged 25% of the service amount.
- No shows are charged 50% of the service amount ( if you do not call before appointment time. If I reach out to you to see where you are and you are not coming to your appointment this is a no show).
- Arriving more than 5 minutes past your scheduled time may result in the need to reschedule. Some appointment time slots are only 15 minutes long. Being 5 or more minutes late will cut into service time of other clients and cause me to run behind for the rest of the day. If you are more than 5 minutes behind please call me at (502) 599-6397 and let me know how late you will be and I will let you know if I can accommodate you or if you need to reschedule. If you need to reschedule this will result in the 25% late cancellation cost.
- If you are going to be late/ need to reschedule please contact me via text or phone call (leave a voicemail if I don’t answer) at (502) 599-6397. Do not respond to any automatic booking reminders/ confirmations/ email/ instagram DMS as I do not check them often or receive them at all.
- For all new waxing services make sure you have at least 2 weeks of hair growth. If you show up for the service and don’t have enough growth you may still be charged for the service(s).
Located at the Sola Salons in The Mall St. Matthews. Next to the El Nopal. There is an outside entrance.
Tuesday: 11am - 6pm
Wednesday: 11am - 6pm
Thursday: 11am - 6pm
Friday: 12pm - 6pm
Saturday: 11am - 3pm
