cancellation policy

Late cancels ( within 6 hours of your appointment slot) will be charged 25% of the service amount.

• No shows are charged 50% of the service amount ( if you do not call before appointment time. If I reach out to you to see where you are and you are not coming to your appointment this is a no show).
• Arriving more than 5 minutes past your scheduled time may result in the need to reschedule. Some appointment time slots are only 15 minutes long. Being 5 or more minutes late will cut into service time of other clients and cause me to run behind for the rest of the day. If you are more than 5 minutes behind please call me at (502) 599-6397 and let me know how late you will be and I will let you know if I can accommodate you or if you need to reschedule. If you need to reschedule this will result in the 25% late cancellation cost.
• If you are going to be late/ need to reschedule please contact me via text or phone call (leave a voicemail if I don’t answer) at (502) 599-6397. Do not respond to any automatic booking reminders/ confirmations/ email/ instagram DMS as I do not check them often or receive them at all. 
• For all new waxing services make sure you have at least 2 weeks of hair growth. If you show up for the service and don’t have enough growth you may still be charged for the service(s).
